· Practical knowledge on implementing an using a LDAP server.
· Basic hands-on overview on different integrations such as MID servers,CMDB, ITOM and ITAM applications etc.
· Practical implementation of implementing the flow designer and implementing security mechanisms through ACLs.
· Hands on experience in reviewing, monitoring and troubleshooting workflows using the Workflow editor.
