Summary

Position: Training & Support Manager

Duration: 12 Months with option to extend up to additional 4 years

Location: Atlanta, GA

Primarily Remote with occasional onsite meetings, workshops, presentations, or training sessions as required.

 

Position Description

The Training & Support Manager will oversee user training, knowledge transfer, change management, and production support activities to ensure successful adoption and ongoing support of the analytics platform.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop training materials and user guides.
  • Conduct user and administrator training sessions.
  • Manage help desk and support operations.
  • Coordinate knowledge transfer activities.
  • Monitor service levels and support metrics.
  • Facilitate user adoption programs.
  • Manage issue escalation and resolution processes.

 

 

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Training Delivery
  • Enterprise Application Support
