Description: Position Overview

Seeking a BI Analyst / Report Developer with deep expertise in Crystal Reports and SQL Server to support reporting needs tied to Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) project and financial data.

Primary focus will be modifying and maintaining complex legacy Crystal Reports, supported by backend T-SQL stored procedures.
Core Responsibilities

Modify and enhance complex reports in SAP Crystal Reports
Develop, update, and optimize stored procedures in Microsoft SQL Server
Support reporting for AEC project + financial data
Translate business/reporting requirements into technical solutions
Troubleshoot and maintain legacy reporting environment

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Crystal Reports (enterprise/complex reporting)
Advanced T-SQL development, including:
- Stored procedures
- Joins, CTEs, performance tuning
Experience working with complex, legacy report environments
Ability to work with large, structured datasets (financial/project data)

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

Experience with AEC / construction / facilities data
Background in financial or project accounting systems
Prior experience in higher education or public sector environments
