Job DescriptionThe Full Stack Application Developer is responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance of software applications across the full technology stack. This role requires strong technical expertise, effective communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead full stack application development initiatives with a focus on quality and scalability.
- Design, code, and debug applications using multiple programming languages, with emphasis on Java (Spring Boot) and JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Conduct software, code, requirements, and system analyses to support project objectives.
- Perform software reviews, identify code metrics, and contribute to system risk and reliability assessments.
- Apply object-oriented design and analysis (OOA/OOD) principles to develop robust and maintainable solutions.
- Develop software models and simulations to support system design and validation.
- Create and refine front-end graphical user interfaces that enhance usability and user experience.
- Execute software testing and quality assurance activities to ensure reliable performance.
- Optimize application performance through tuning, automation, and usability improvements.
- Support, maintain, and document software functionality throughout the development lifecycle.
- Integrate new software components with existing systems and infrastructure.
- Research, evaluate, and recommend emerging technologies for potential adoption.
- Ensure compliance with established coding standards, security guidelines, and industry best practices.
- Implement localization and globalization features to support multi-region deployments.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership capabilities.
