Summary

Responsibilities
  • Conduct workshops and interviews to analyze current quality processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design optimized future state processes that meet industry standards.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical implementation.
  • Act as a liaison between various business units to ensure alignment on process design.
  • Validate technical solutions against business needs and support testing and defect resolution.
  • Develop training materials and support change management efforts for a smooth transition.
Skills
  • Extensive experience in Quality Management Systems within regulated industries.
  • Expertise in Non-Conformance, CAPA, and Complaint Handling processes.
  • Strong analytical skills to deconstruct and improve complex processes.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Preferred Skills
  • Hands-on experience with Trackwise Digital or similar QMS platforms.
  • Knowledge of Computer System Validation principles.
  • Experience in change management and business process re-engineering.
  • Professional certifications in business analysis or project management.
