Description: Job Title: Supplier Quality Engineer Location: Horicon, WI 53032 Duration: Contract 1+Years Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate/participate in cross functional teams in the application of quality-related development activities (e.g. DPAR's, FMEA's, control plans, design reviews, supplier audits, risk assessments, and root cause analysis).
- Assist in identifying, communicating, and resolving supplier quality problems for PDP programs and current production.
- Facilitate corrective action (8D process steps) for PDP programs and supplier quality issues
- Ensure robust execution of Return Goods Authorization (RGAs); Supplier Change Requests (SCRs); quality plans, and supplier improvement activities as required
Required Qualifications: 2 or more years of related experience which may include manufacturing, quality engineering or supply management in a design/manufacturing environment
Experience with standard quality tools such as FMEA (Failure Modes Effect Analysis), NCCA (Non-Conformance Corrective Action), SPC (Statistical Process Control), Root Cause Analysis, and Six Sigma.
Experience utilizing advanced data gathering and analysis techniques, including statistical analysis to identify, investigate, and resolve problems.
Experience with drawings and schematic interpretation, product models, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
Ability to lead and identify priorities with minimal supervision
Excellent communication, facilitation, and organization skills
