Location: Hartford, CT / Indianapolis, IN / Phoenix, AZ / Raleigh, NC / Richardson, TX ( ONSITE-HYBRID)
Description:
REquired Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
At least 4 years of experience in ServiceNow delivery HRSD administration and support and ServiceNow scripting experience on PowerShell Client and server side.
Hands on experience with ITSM modules.
Knowledge of HR functions, Processes and best practices followed in the industry.
Should have experience in designing and /or implementing HR Shared services center.
Should have worked with integration like success factor and experience with Flow Designer.
Should have been worked in ServiceNow HRSD implementations with external systems like REST and Web services.
Should have good scripting skills like PowerShell on both server and client side.
Knowledge of case management, knowledge management, best practices and design.
Knowledge on ServiceNow HRSD development.
Implement the Human Resources application to set up HR data.
Configure applications to work with the organization s HR processes.
Strong experience with HR Service Management, Knowledge Management, Service Portal, Chat, Reporting, Integrations and HR Hub.
Demonstrated competence in the various HR functional areas, especially employee relations and change management.
Experience on Human Resources dashboards, reports, and other HR management modules to monitor and manage HR cases and employee satisfaction.
Knowledge Base and Employee Service Centre.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Mandatory Certifications:
Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
Implementation with on HRSD
Preferred Skills:
The ability to identify win themes and link them to the proposed solution.
Experience in selling or supporting the sales of cyber security, network security or cloud security solutions
is good to have.
The ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and influence their decisions.
The ability to work with a diverse and cross-functional team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Coaching and mentoring junior team members who are part of the pursuit teams and developing their skills and capabilities.
Planning and Co-ordination skills.
Good Communication and Analytical skills.
ITIL certification - nice to have.
