Requires a high level of subject matter expertise in the specified area. Demonstrated analytical and project management experience. Strong business savvy and negotiation skills. Extensive experience in business analysis and program implementation.

Some Notes on the Role:
-Contract duration is until 1/22/27 with a possible extension for one additional year based on performance. No FTE conversion.
-Location: 4 days a week onsite at 1919 South State College Blvd, Anaheim CA 92806
-This person will need to travel to different sites within the Service Territory. May include Anaheim, Compton, Los Angeles.
-Hours are 8 AM - 5 PM PST with an hour lunch
-Required skills: Strong communication ability, technology experience (they will need to be able to navigate Microsoft Project and Excel), would prefer a background in Safety.
-Plus: Change Management experience or any certificates within Change Management
-Highschool diploma required but nothing further.
-Suppliers will need to provide equipment
