Summary

Role Overview

We are seeking a Systems Services & Support Consultant to support the Enterprise Infrastructure Group. This role will focus on managing and coordinating SSH key rotation initiatives across enterprise data transmission platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a mix of project management, coordination, and technical understanding across infrastructure and data transmission systems.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end SSH key rotation activities for vendors and clients
Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, vendors, and clients
Track milestones, risks, and dependencies and provide regular updates
Gather and document business and technical requirements
Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards
Facilitate meetings and drive execution across teams
Collaborate with engineering teams to validate readiness
Maintain documentation, runbooks, and communication plans
Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements

Required Skills

Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Experience working in cross-functional enterprise environments

Technical Skills

Data transmission technologies
File transfer protocols: SFTP, FTP/S, AS2, NDM, APIs
Understanding of SSH keys and secure authentication
Experience with:
- IBM Mainframe / Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Linux & Windows systems
- Networking basics
- Scripting (Shell/Bash)
- SQL Server
- CI/CD tools (Ansible, Jenkins)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with security or compliance initiatives
Background in data transmission / batch processing systems
Exposure to audit, risk, or access control environments
Familiarity with automation and monitoring tools
