OverviewWe are seeking an experienced SEO Analyst to play a key role in strengthening the search visibility and performance of a large, enterprise digital ecosystem. This role collaborates closely with digital marketing, web operations, analytics, and content teams to develop, implement, and optimize search engine optimization strategies across multiple high-traffic websites and digital properties.
Responsibilities- Analyze search performance data to identify opportunities, diagnose issues, and deliver actionable insights that improve organic visibility, traffic, and engagement.
- Monitor SEO performance trends and evaluate optimization strategies, providing reporting and dashboards for leadership and stakeholders.
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and content gap assessments to identify growth opportunities aligned with user intent and business priorities.
- Develop and implement on-page, technical, and content-driven SEO strategies to improve site performance and search rankings.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including content, UX, development, and marketing to execute SEO initiatives effectively.
- Translate complex SEO data into clear recommendations that inform both short-term optimizations and long-term strategy.
- Stay current on search engine algorithm changes, industry trends, and emerging technologies (including AI-driven search) to keep strategies competitive and forward-thinking.
Required Skills- Expertise in SEO / Search Engine Optimization
- Strong foundation in digital marketing and content strategy
- Experience with Google Analytics (Adobe Analytics is a plus)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions
- Ability to track and report on key SEO metrics (rankings, traffic, conversions, engagement)
- Strong understanding of on-page SEO best practices, including keyword optimization, internal linking, and content structure
- Experience conducting competitive research and identifying search opportunities within large or complex website environments
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work cross-functionally with UX, development, and marketing teams
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Familiarity with enterprise CMS platforms
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and site architecture
- Exposure to emerging search trends, including AI-driven search and generative search experiences

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45.00 - $45.00/hr.
