Sr Salesforce Tech Lead
Long Term Contract

Key Responsibilities:
Over 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development
Design and implement scalable solutions using LWC, Apex, Flows, and Triggers.
Lead integration projects using REST/SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, Connected Apps, OAuth, and Platform Events.
Apply enterprise design patterns and best practices in Apex development.
Ensure robust error handling, governor limit management, and performance optimization.
Guide teams on debugging, test coverage, and code optimization in production.
Architect solutions for parent-child communication in LWC, event handling, and LMS/pub-sub models.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong hands-on experience with LWC, Aura, Apex, Flows, and Triggers.
Deep knowledge of integration patterns and real-world API implementations.
Expertise in batch processing, asynchronous transactions, and error handling mechanisms.
Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud, Omnichannel, and Omnistudio.
Proven ability to mentor developers, enforce coding standards, and lead technical design discussions.
