Shift: Training M-F 8am-5pm, then transition to 2nd shift (options below)

- Option 2: Monday-Thursday, 1pm-12am (4x10)
Email with an updated resume to apply! OverviewApex Systems is seeking a Secure Access Specialist to support critical authentication and identity security operations. This role provides 24/7/365 global support ensuring all authorized personnel can securely access systems using Secure Badges, Secure Access Cards, and Secure Tokens.
Secure Access Specialists operate in a high-security environment, serving as the primary point of contact for employees needing activation, troubleshooting, or emergency access support. This position plays a key role in maintaining safe, reliable access to the corporate VPN and other secure systems.
Key ResponsibilitiesYou will securely and accurately perform the following functions:
Secure Badge & Access Card Support- Activate and unblock Secure Badges and Secure Access Cards
- Provide workarounds for missing, broken, or non-functioning badges or badge readers
- Support emergency access needs for remote users experiencing badge or reader issues
- Activate, enable, unlock, and resynchronize Secure Tokens
- Reset Secure Token PINs
- Provide clear instructions on proper Secure Token usage
- Troubleshoot token-related authentication issues ensuring successful system access
- Support safe and secure access to the corporate VPN (Virtual Private Network)
- Serve as the central communication point for Secure Badge and Secure Token issues
- Ensure all authentication tools are functioning correctly for authorized users
- Deliver high-visibility, high-security customer support with accuracy and professionalism
Required Skills & Experience- Customer service experience OR entry-level IT experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow high-security protocols and verification processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, visibility-sensitive support environment
- Not a deeply technical role-training is provided
