Job Description: We are seeking an expert Integration Architect to lead the design and implementation of end-to-end integration solutions for complex financial ecosystems. You will spearhead architecture for NetSuiteInvestran (Fund Accounting), Concur, and associated treasury, banking, and data warehouse platforms. This role requires a balance of high-level architectural strategy, technical delivery governance, and hands-on expertise in financial data integrity, security, and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Integration Architecture: Define, document, and execute enterprise integration patterns (API-led, Extract, Transform, Load (ETL), event-driven) aligned with business cycles. Produce comprehensive High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) specifications, interface documentation, and runbooks.
  • Financial Domain Leadership: Oversee data mapping for Accounts Payable (AP)Accounts Receivable (AR), journal entries, and capital distributions. Enforce rigorous data quality controls, reconciliation, and lineage standards.
  • Technical Governance: Lead engineering teams using MiddlewareIntegration Platform as a Service (iPaaS), and cloud-native tools, specifically Microsoft Fabric and Azure Data Factory (ADF). Define coding standards, Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
  • Security & Observability: Architect "finance-grade" secure integrations. Implement encryption, secrets management, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and audit logging. Ensure system resilience through proactive monitoring, alerting, and rapid production triage.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Translate complex financial requirements into scalable technical solutions. Lead design workshops and collaborate with Fund Administration and Finance leadership to manage integration roadmaps.

Core Technical Skills:

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of professional experience in integration architecture and data engineering.
  • Proven track record in the financial services or investment management domain.
  • Deep expertise in connecting disparate enterprise platforms while maintaining strict financial audit trails.
  • Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting production issues and performing root cause analysis.
  • Exceptional communication skills to lead cross-functional workshops and technical reviews.
