Experience: Strong, hands-on experience configuring, customizing, and developing solutions in Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, Power BI), and Dataverse; integration experience with other Microsoft 365/Azure services.
Required Microsoft Certification (explicit):

One current Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certification

Skills: End-to-end solution development (design, build, test, deploy), troubleshooting, performance tuning, documentation, and working within an agile/sprint-based model
