A bit about us:We're a family-founded industrial services company built from the ground up over the last 35+ years - from a small garage operation into a leading player across electrical, automation, renewable energy, and power services for manufacturing, food and beverage, agriculture, and industrial clients nationally. We've grown fast, we're financially strong, and we're not slowing down: we're actively acquiring companies, expanding into new markets, and on track to significantly grow revenue this year alone. Ownership is deeply engaged, financially healthy, and genuinely invested in doing this right - not chasing growth for growth's sake, and values the HR team.
Why join us?- Direct line to ownership and an incredible CHRO who is modernizing this function and genuinely invested in your success
- A company with the financial strength to invest in its people function properly, rather than stretching HR thin
- High-growth, high-visibility work: you'll help shape how this company scales through acquisitions, new markets, and rapid headcount growth
- A genuinely flat, accessible leadership team that wants a strategic partner
- Large existing team in place, with the ability to further structure & define the path forward, with a trajectory to expand your scope as the function matures

- Guide organizational design, restructuring, and job architecture as the company scales
