We are seeking an experienced System Analyst 6 to analyze business requirements, evaluate existing IT systems, identify process improvements, and support the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze business objectives, user requirements, and existing operational procedures to identify system improvements and automation opportunities.
Evaluate alternative solutions and conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses.
Gather and document business and technical requirements, system specifications, program functions, and input/output formats.
Assess existing information systems and recommend enhancements to improve performance, efficiency, and reliability.
Prepare technical documentation, reports, process flows, diagrams, charts, and instructional manuals.
Support application development, testing, implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Provide technical assistance for application, hardware, and information-sharing issues.
Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external entities to resolve system-related problems.
Evaluate system capabilities, technical limitations, security requirements, and interfaces.
Work independently and collaboratively with management and stakeholders to deliver effective IT solutions.
Required Qualifications:
14+ years of experience in the IT industry.
5+ years of proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO).
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
Strong experience in systems analysis, requirements gathering, process improvement, and technical documentation.
Knowledge of computer systems, hardware, software, operating systems, and application development processes.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently, manage complex assignments, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
