Description We're hiring an MSP IT Support Manager (5x week onsite in Rhode Island) to lead a team of 5 (Help Desk + Systems Engineers) for a growing Managed Services Provider. This role is a mix of hands-on technical work and people leadership, focused on improving service delivery, team performance, and client satisfaction.
What You'll Do:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a 5-person technical team
- Act as an escalation point for complex issues
- Oversee daily operations, SLAs, and ticket workflow
- Standardize processes and strengthen documentation
- Support client escalations, planning, and tech guidance
Requirements What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of IT experience (MSP background required)
- Experience leading or mentoring technical teams
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, AD, M365/Azure, networking, and security best practices
- Strong communication, organization, and customer-focused mindset
- Local to Rhode Island
Salary is $90,000 - $100,000
