Responsibilities

  • Maintain a transparent and prioritized product backlog, ensuring clarity and understanding among team members.
  • Oversee the entire development life cycle, facilitating communication on progress, updates, and potential risks.
  • Act as a customer advocate, representing user interests and ensuring that solutions meet their needs effectively.
Skills
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner, demonstrating a strong understanding of product management principles.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven decision-making abilities, with a focus on finding solutions and driving results.
  • Self-motivated and organized, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in a Product Owner role, with leadership experience in coaching others.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as SAFe, Scrum, or KanBan.
  • Experience using tools like Jira or Polarion for managing product development tasks.
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry, particularly in long-term care.
