Salesforce Business Analyst

Position: Salesforce CPQ BSA
Location: Open to Remote

 
Role Overview
We are looking for a Salesforce CPQ Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support Zendesk’s Quote-to-Cash initiatives, including SKU launches, product configuration enhancements, and integrations with billing platforms such as Zuora. The role will work closely with business stakeholders and offshore development teams to translate requirements into scalable CPQ solutions.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to Salesforce CPQ processes including quoting, product configuration, and pricing.
• Translate requirements into clear user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
• Support CPQ configuration activities including products, bundles, product rules, and price rules.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on CPQ integrations with downstream systems such as billing and finance platforms.
• Participate in SKU launches and product catalog updates, including supporting data migration or product setup activities.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and offshore developers in an agile delivery model.
• Support SIT and UAT testing, ensuring solutions meet business requirements.
• Assist with documentation and process improvements for CPQ and Quote-to-Cash workflows.

 
Required Skills & Experience

• Experience working with Salesforce CPQ in a Business Analyst or functional consultant role.
• Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes and CPQ configuration concepts.
• Familiarity with integration use cases between CPQ and billing systems (e.g., Zuora).
• Experience writing user stories, process flows, and functional documentation.
• Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and distributed development teams.
• Understanding of data migration or data loading processes within CPQ environments.

 
Preferred Skills

• Experience with Zuora Billing or Zuora Revenue.
• Exposure to product catalog management and SKU launches.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments supporting SaaS platforms.
