Onsite role onsite in San Antonio TX(Locals only) - Product Owner Enterprise Technology - 12 months contract
Location: onsite in San Antonio TX - Have to go into office everyday (Must be local to San Antonio TX)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
5–8+ years of experience in a Product Owner / Product Manager / Business Analyst role
Preferred domain real estate investment, asset management, or related domain.
Hands on experience working with distributed teams (onshore–offshore model) in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Demonstrated experience writing high quality user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional documentation.
Strong understanding of SDLC concepts and common integration patterns (APIs, data feeds, batch processes).
Proven track record of partnering with business stakeholders to define and prioritize a roadmap and backlog.
Skills and competencies
Strong business acumen in investment / asset management / real estate or willingness to quickly ramp in the company s domain.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to translate between business and technical language.
Strong facilitation skills for workshops, grooming, and backlog prioritization with onshore and offshore participants.
Ability to manage competing priorities, negotiate trade offs, and make data?driven prioritization decisions.
Proficiency with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps) for backlog and sprint management.
Experience with documenting processes using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or similar.
Collaborative mindset, high ownership, and comfort operating in a fast?paced, changing environment.
