Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, self-starter to support Operational Readiness Testing (ORT) for a large-scale, cross-functional program. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, collaborates effectively across teams, and can translate complex information into concise, executive-ready materials. This role requires working onsite five days a week.
Key Responsibilities
- Support ORT planning, execution, and reporting across multiple workstreams.
- Partner cross-functionally with business and IT teams to ensure alignment on scope, milestones, and deliverables.
- Develop clear, concise presentations for leadership updates and decision-making.
- Define and document entry and exit criteria for ORT phases and milestones.
- Track progress against milestones, deliverables, and readiness criteria.
- Consolidate inputs and provide structured reporting on status, risks, and dependencies.
- Utilize tools such as JIRA to manage testing activities and track progress.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree.
Experience: 6 - 10 years of experience performing diversified and confidential administrative duties. Proven ability to work cross-functionally across business and technical teams.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in system implementations, PowerPoint for executive-ready presentations, Excel for tracking and data analysis, and JIRA for task and defect management.
Compensation & Benefits
The bill rate for this position is set at a maximum of $56.28 per hour. Compensation will be determined based on the candidate's experience and qualifications. A benefits package may be available to eligible employees.
