We are seeking an instructional design program manager. This position is responsible for developing and managing regulatory-compliant training programs that meet SEC oversight standards. You'll operationalize governance frameworks that elevate facilitation, certification, and training execution quality, then oversee their adoption and continuous improvement to ensure consistent and measurable training excellence. The role combines instructional design leadership, project management, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver high-quality learning experiences. You'll uphold standards, establish quality control mechanisms, and turn training quality and performance data into actionable insights that drive continuous improvement. This position requires someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and can move fluidly between strategy and execution, providing strategic reporting to executives on training outcomes and ROI. Top-notch program management, communication, and organizational skills, a passion for best practices and continuous learning are also needed to succeed in this position.
Key Responsibilities: - Address high-risk training content related to SEC oversight requests, ensuring all materials meet regulatory standards and expectations
- Create, document, and maintain training policies, procedures, and governance models that align with company strategy and regulatory requirements
- Build cross-functional partnerships with learning experience designers, stakeholders, and leadership
- Develop detailed project timelines, schedules, and agendas
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and manage change requests
- Identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on track
- Implement and manage technology solutions (e.g., Learning Management Systems) to optimize training workflows
- Evaluate training materials, providing recommendations for improvement
- Continually assess feedback to ensure learning experiences are consistent and follow instructional design best practices
- Maintain proper documentation, records, and legal compliance
- Ensure effective communication across teams and stakeholders
- Report on training effectiveness, risks, and ROI
Education & Experience Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Business, or related fields
- At least 5 years' experience in program management, training and development, or learning governance
- Experience with regulatory compliance in training
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools for reporting such as Microsoft Lists and Power BI
- Deep understanding of learning principles, instructional design, and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Strong project management, strategic planning, communication, and analytical skills
- Proven ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams and senior leaders
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects at the same time, prioritize tasks, identify and mitigate risks, and meet tight deadlines while still maintaining high-quality work
