SAP HCM ABAP Consultant

Job Overview:
We are looking for an SAP HCM ABAP Consultant to develop and support custom solutions within SAP Human Capital Management. The ideal candidate will create reports, interfaces, forms, and enhancements to improve HR and Payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop custom reports, forms, and interfaces in SAP HCM.
Support and troubleshoot SAP HCM modules.
Work with HR and Payroll teams to meet business needs.
Improve system performance and functionality.
Document technical solutions and assist in testing.
Collaborate with teams for smooth project delivery.

Requirements:

Experience in SAP HCM modules (Payroll, HR, Time Management).
Strong ABAP programming skills.
Knowledge of SAP forms, reports, and user exits.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work with functional teams and support ongoing projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
SAP ABAP certification is a plus.
