Technical Leadership & Architecture

• Lead technical delivery across POS, Inventory, Labor, Makeline, and Dispatch systems ensuring scalability, reliability, and interoperability.
  Govern and drive API strategy, architecture standards, and data integration frameworks across 100+ internal and external systems.
  Collaborate with engineering and vendor teams to establish secure, real-time data exchange between restaurant systems, digital channels, and enterprise platforms.
  Oversee technical validation, configuration, and integration testing during pilot and rollout phases.
• Propel creation of architectural blueprints, interface sClientifications, and system flow documentation for all integrations.

Required

• 10+ years of experience in technical program or project management roles leading enterprise-scale system implementations.
  Deep experience with API-driven architectures, integrations, and data exchange between large-scale POS, labor, inventory, or retail platforms.
  Strong technical fluency able to engage with engineers and architects on system design, APIs, data schemas, and middleware.
  Proven experience with multi-vendor orchestration and complex rollout programs in QSR or retail environments (1,000+ sites).
  Demonstrated success leading integration projects involving 100+ internal and external systems.
  Excellent communication skills, with ability to convey complex technical topics to both executive and engineering audiences.
  Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, integration monitoring, and CI/CD delivery pipelines.

Preferred

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or Agile (SAFe, Scrum Master) preferred.
  Experience with integration platforms (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Apigee, Azure Integration Services, etc.).
  Familiarity with PAR Brink, NCR, S4D, Fourth, R365, Deliverect, or similar restaurant technology ecosystems.
  Knowledge of data security, compliance, and authentication frameworks (OAuth, SSO, PCI DSS, SOC 2).
