The Project Manager 3 will support moderately complex project management initiatives with a focus on large-scale re-engineering and migration programs. The role will lead delivery planning, milestone tracking, dependency management, risk identification, and stakeholder communication. This position acts as both a delivery owner and a communications anchor-building centralized reporting, structuring updates for executives, coordinating across multiple workstreams, and ensuring consistent messaging and adoption. The PM will collaborate with business, technology, SMEs, and leadership to support end-to-end delivery and ensure alignment with project requirements, compliance expectations, and enterprise standards.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Manage delivery for multi-workstream migration and re-engineering programs
Build and maintain centralized reporting, dashboards, and status summaries
Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues across multiple teams
Facilitate communication across business, technology, SMEs, and leadership
Translate complex technical and strategic discussions into actionable execution plans
Produce high-quality stakeholder communications, including executive updates
Support process improvements, documentation, training, and adoption activities
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, controls, and project governance
Participate in planning sessions, working groups, and project reviews
Support cross-functional collaboration and resolve moderately complex issues
