OverviewWe are seeking a Systems Engineer specializing in Integration & Test (I&T) to support complex ground systems within a fast-paced, multidisciplinary engineering environment. This role focuses on integrating software and hardware components, validating system functionality, identifying and resolving technical issues, and supporting automated test development within an Agile team structure.
What You Will Do- Work with a cross-disciplinary engineering team developing advanced ground-system solutions
- Perform integration, verification, and validation activities within an Agile Release Train (ART)
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve system-level technical issues during hardware/software integration
- Develop and execute automated test scripts
- Conduct troubleshooting and debugging across software-based systems
- Contribute to test environment development and integration planning
- Collaborate closely with software, systems, and hardware teams
- Operate within an Agile program environment, participating in sprints, reviews, and continuous integration activities
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant engineering experience
- Experience with systems integration and test for software-intensive systems, including:
- Regression testing
- Test scripting
- Automated test tools
- Hands-on experience in Integration & Test engineering (I&T)
- Experience debugging software-based systems
- Experience with:
- Linux (Red Hat)
- Python or Perl
- Active TS/SCI clearance
