* High attention to detail-critical due to the visibility and impact of releases
* Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
* Ability to synthesize technical and non-technical information for diverse audiences
* Jira (required); Heavy daily usage for ticketing, workflows, and project tracking
* Confluence (nice to have)
* Release note creation via queries; Exposure to automation is a plus
* Strong email and written communication skills are essential
* Other tooling can be taught; Mindset and communication skills are key
* Proven ability to operate as a release -driver,- not just a coordinator
* Ability to redirect and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership
* Comfortable pushing back when necessary while maintaining strong relationships
* Confident guiding process, enforcing standards, and keeping teams aligned
* Calm and effective under pressure, particularly during critical release windows

Maintain a solid understanding of:
* Defect lifecycle and resolution paths
