Program Manager

Description of Role / Responsibilities / Project:

The Program Manager will support this company's Product organization within the PMO. In this role, you will lead multi-disciplinary teams through complex product and compliance programs from concept through delivery. You'll serve as the strategic hub between Engineering, Compliance, Product, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing-ensuring alignment, driving accountability, and keeping large initiatives moving forward with clarity and momentum. You will build alignment early and maintain strong communication channels with key stakeholders.

Required Skills:

• Program/Project Management experience in product development, specifically physical products


• Experience with regulatory, compliance, and code changes


• Leading cross-functional teams (Engineering, Compliance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain)


• Own all aspects of schedule, scope, cost, and risk management


• Strong collaboration, communication, and team focused approach


• Waterfall methodology


• Budget tracking


• Project management tools: Smartsheet or MS Project

Desired Skills:

• PMP certification


• SAP experience


• Experience bringing new products to market


• Experience in consumer goods, manufacturing, or hardware product environments


• Engineering background
