Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Azure Architect to design, implement, and optimize scalable, secure, and highly available cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Azure architecture, cloud infrastructure, networking, security, governance, and migration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end Azure cloud architecture aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Architect Azure infrastructure, including virtual networks, virtual machines, storage, load balancing, and disaster recovery.
• Define cloud security, identity and access management, networking, and governance standards.
• Design and optimize Azure solutions for performance, scalability, availability, and cost efficiency.
• Lead cloud migration, modernization, and infrastructure automation initiatives.
• Establish monitoring, logging, backup, and business continuity strategies.
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, security, and infrastructure teams.
• Create architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and implementation guidelines.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in IT/cloud infrastructure, including significant hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Strong knowledge of Azure architecture, networking, compute, storage, and cloud security.
• Experience with Azure Virtual Network, VPN/ExpressRoute, Azure Firewall, Application Gateway, and Load Balancer.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, RBAC, Key Vault, and Azure Policy.
• Experience with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, backup, disaster recovery, and high availability.
• Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
• Experience with cloud migration, architecture design, and cost optimization.
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Good to Have

• Microsoft Azure certifications such as AZ-305, AZ-104, or AZ-700.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, containers, AKS, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Knowledge of compliance, security frameworks, and enterprise cloud governance.

Preferred Candidate Profile

A hands-on Azure Architect who can own end-to-end cloud design, make sound technical decisions, and guide engineering teams in building secure, scalable, and cost-effective Azure solutions.
