Bilingual Recruiter

• The Bilingual Recruiter will be responsible for developing and executing targeted recruiting strategies for aerospace and defense engineering roles.
• The role involves full-cycle recruiting, stakeholder collaboration, bilingual candidate engagement and building strong technical talent pipelines within the Aerospace & Defense sector.

Requirement/Must Have:

• 5 8 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience with a focus on engineering roles.
• Proven experience recruiting within Aerospace, Defense, or highly regulated engineering environments.
• Strong understanding of engineering disciplines such as systems, avionics, embedded, mechanical, or manufacturing engineering.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with sourcing strategies including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and passive candidate engagement.

Experience:

• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, offers, and onboarding alignment.
• Experience building and maintaining engineering talent pipelines.
• Experience working in Aerospace & Defense or similar regulated industries.
• Experience analyzing recruiting metrics such as pipeline health, conversion rates, and time-to-fill.
• Experience providing market intelligence on talent availability and compensation trends.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies for aerospace and defense engineering roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and technical teams to understand hiring needs and priorities.
• Build and maintain strong engineering talent pipelines using advanced sourcing techniques.
• Provide market intelligence on talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor activity.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting including intake, sourcing, screening, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
• Ensure compliance with hiring standards, documentation, and DEI best practices.
• Continuously improve recruiting processes and performance metrics.

Should Have:

• Experience supporting US or cross-border hiring (Canada).
• Familiarity with security clearance or compliance-heavy hiring environments.
• Exposure to engineering services or consulting organizations.
• Strong analytical and data-driven recruiting approach.
