Job Description


We are seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile delivery, enterprise change and release management, and a proven ability to optimize team flow, remove impediments, and drive measurable outcomes.


Key Details:



  • Hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days onsite per week. Onsite day 1.

  • Target start: June/July.

  • Interviews: 1-2 video rounds.

  • Glider ID verification required.

  • Max 3 submissions per vendor.


Position Summary:


Responsible for optimizing the flow of stories and the value delivered by one or more Scrum teams. Coordinates and facilitates Scrum ceremonies, manages dependencies, provides visibility into delivery and release plans, and enables continuous improvement. Ensures rapid impediment resolution, adherence to agreed processes, and healthy collaboration between the Product Owner and the development team.


Responsibilities:



  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure team adherence to Agile principles and practices.

  • Manage team dependencies, risks, and cross-team impediment removal.

  • Provide visibility into delivery and release plans for stakeholders and project leadership.

  • Create and manage CRQs in Remedy and meet MRA2 requirements.

  • Use Jira to track and communicate team velocity, burn-down charts, and sprint/release progress.

  • Promote communication and collaboration to support value delivery and Sprint commitments.

  • Submit weekly and monthly status reports to stakeholders.


Required Skills & Qualifications:



  • 3+ years working in an Agile environment.

  • 3-5 years of experience supporting technology projects.

  • Deep knowledge of Bank of America Enterprise Change Management and Release Management processes.

  • Ability to adapt to change and identify efficiency opportunities.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

  • Proactive problem solver with a positive attitude.

  • Working knowledge of Remedy, Jira, and Confluence.

  • Proficiency with Excel and Word.


Preferred Skills:



  • Ability to enable high-performing teams through collaboration and continuous improvement.

  • Experience measuring and reviewing delivery, maturity, and performance metrics with teams.

  • Experience creating transparency and driving commitment at the project level.

  • Hands-on Scrum Master support for PI Planning and backlog creation.

  • Prior Bank of America enterprise experience.

  • Working knowledge of database systems; SQL exposure a plus.

  • Experience partnering with Product Owners or Product Managers.
