Role Overview
We are seeking a senior-level full-stack developer to lead complex problem-solving, enhance system stability, and implement high-quality, permanent solutions. This role is instrumental in reducing incidents, managing technical debt, and providing technical leadership to a team that includes junior developers. The focus will be on improving platform stability in a high-incident environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop front-end solutions using React and TypeScript.
- Build and maintain backend services using .NET Core 8 and C#.
- Lead technical discussions during high-severity incidents.
- Identify and remediate root causes of technical issues.
- Perform code reviews and actively manage technical debt.
- Partner directly with Product Owners and Business Analysts.
- Mentor junior developers and establish engineering best practices.
- Monitor and address system performance using tools such as Datadog.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 5-7 years in a software engineering role.
Technical Skills:- Expertise in React with TypeScript.
- Strong proficiency with .NET Core 8 and C#.
- Experience with SQL and Postgres.
- Knowledge of Entity Framework.
- Proficiency with Git.
- Experience using Azure DevOps for sprints and pipelines.
- Familiarity with AWS services (S3, Lambda, EKS).
- Experience with Jira or ADO.
Communication & Leadership
- Must be articulate and comfortable in business-facing situations.
- Ability to explain technical decisions and their tradeoffs.
- Demonstrates an innovative, proactive, and confident approach to leading discussions.
- A trusted mentor and technical guide for other developers.
