Role Summary:
Seeking an experienced IDMC Architect with deep expertise in Master Data Management (MDM), specifically Customer 360 (C360) and Supplier 360 (S360), to lead the architecture, design, and migration of enterprise MDM platforms from on-premise Informatica MDM to IDMC. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in cloud-native data architecture, data integration, data quality, multi-domain MDM, and end-to-end migration strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Architecture & Solution Design
Define end-to-end IDMC-based MDM architecture covering C360/S360, Data Integration, Data Quality, Governance, Match & Merge rules, and workflows.
Design scalable, secure, and cloud-native architecture aligned with enterprise standards.
Lead IDMC adoption strategy, including MDM SaaS, Data Integration (IICS), Cloud Data Quality (CDQ), and Governance & Catalog.
Migration Leadership
Own and drive migration of on-prem Informatica MDM (10.5) to IDMC Cloud MDM (C360/S360).
Assess existing on-prem systems, data models, match rules, workflows, integrations, and cleanse logic to build migration roadmap.
Lead data model translation, match/merge re-design, cleansing logic modernization, and API-level integration transformation for IDMC.
Define migration sequencing, cutover plan, and post-migration stabilization approach.
Integration & Cloud Enablement
Architect and govern integrations using:
o IICS/IDMC Data Integration
o REST APIs
o Cloud Application Integration (CAI)
Ensure seamless integration with ERP, CRM, cloud data warehouses, and downstream analytics platforms.
Stakeholder Management & Leadership
Act as the technical MDM authority for business and IT stakeholders.
Lead design workshops, architecture reviews, and solution walkthroughs.
Provide technical mentorship to developers, administrators, and data stewards.
Required Skills & Experience:
Technical Must-Haves
2 3+ years hands-on with Informatica IDMC, including:
o C360 / S360 SaaS
o IICS (Informatica Cloud Data Integration)
o Cloud Data Quality (CDQ)
o Business 360 Console
5 8+ years with Informatica MDM on-prem including Hub, IDD, Cleanse Engine, Match/Merge, SIF, and CMR.
Strong experience designing landing, staging, trust, and cross-reference models.
Expertise with hierarchy management, entity resolution, and data governance.
Cloud platform knowledge (Azure/AWS/Google Cloud Platform) preferred.
Migration Skills
Proven experience migrating from Informatica MDM on-prem to IDMC C360/S360.
Experience modernizing IDD UX Business 360 UI.
Strong knowledge of data migration tooling, validation techniques, and exception handling.
Soft Skills
Excellent verbal & written communication.
Strong architectural thinking and documentation skills.
Ability to work across global teams and manage stakehold
