About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in ERP systems and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) to lead strategic implementation, upgrade, and optimization projects. This role requires a blend of technical ERP knowledge, business process understanding, and project leadership skills to ensure successful delivery of enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end ERP and D365 projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and report on milestones.
Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.
Drive change management and ensure user adoption of ERP/D365 solutions.
Conduct post-implementation reviews and recommend continuous improvements.
Provide training and support to end-users on ERP and D365 functionalities.

Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (Master s preferred).
5+ years of experience managing ERP projects, with proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance, Supply Chain, Business Central, or CRM).
Strong understanding of ERP workflows, integrations, and business processes.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
