Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with expertise in ERP implementations and support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end ERP projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget while aligning with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead ERP implementation, upgrade, and enhancement projects from initiation to closure
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including IT, finance, operations, and vendors
Manage ERP systems such as SAP ERP, Oracle ERP Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar platforms
Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and ensure timely delivery
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Ensure data integrity, system integration, and process alignment
Monitor project budgets and resource allocation
Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and senior management
Ensure proper documentation, testing, and user training during ERP rollouts
Drive continuous improvement in ERP processes and system utilization

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of experience in project management
Proven experience managing ERP implementation or upgrade projects
Strong understanding of business processes (Finance, HR, Supply Chain, etc.)
Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet)
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification
Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies
Exposure to cloud-based ERP solutions
Experience in vendor management and third-party integrations
