Job Description
We are seeking an Engineer II to join our Global Sanctions Engineering team within GRCT. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in .NET, C#, REST APIs, MS SQL, MVC, and React.js and a proven ability to deliver end-to-end features with quality, documentation, and operational readiness. An SRE mindset is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, document, and deliver application components.
- Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with MS SQL data stores.
- Implement MVC patterns and React.js front-end features.
- Participate in RFC creation, application deployments, and release processes.
- Support production incidents for owned components with an SRE mindset.
- Collaborate in Agile ceremonies and contribute in team discussions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in .NET and C# for back-end development.
- Experience with REST API design and integration.
- Strong MS SQL skills including querying and schema design.
- Hands-on experience with MVC frameworks and React.js.
- Ability to write tests, document solutions, and deliver on commitments.
- Effective verbal and written communication and teamwork.
- Experience level: 4+ years in software engineering or related roles.
Preferred Skills:
- SRE practices such as monitoring, alerting, and incident response.
- Experience with Agile delivery and CI/CD pipelines.
