Role: Maximo Consultant
Location: Remote

Required Qualifications & Skills
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in IBM Maximo implementation, customization, and support (preferably including greenfield projects and upgrades)
- Strong functional knowledge of EAM processes and deep expertise across multiple Maximo modules
- Proven technical proficiency in:
- Maximo versions 7.6.x / 8.x / Maximo Application Suite (MAS) 8.x / 9.x
- Automation Scripting, Java, JSP, XML
- Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), MEA, OSLC, REST APIs
- Database concepts (DB2, Oracle, SQL Server) and SQL/PL-SQL
- Workflow Designer, Application Designer, Migration Manager
- BIRT reporting, KPIs, and dashboards
- Experience with Maximo upgrades, patching, and administration
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in global, cross-functional teams
- Proven track record of leading or significantly contributing to successful Maximo implementations
Preferred Qualifications
- IBM Maximo certifications
- Knowledge of related technologies (GIS integration, IoT, mobility solutions, handheld devices)
- Exposure to industry domains such as utilities, oil & gas, manufacturing, transportation, or facilities management
