Position Overview
We are actively hiring an AI Engineering Lead to drive the architecture, development, and enterprise deployment of advanced Generative AI solutions for Fortune 500 customers. This role requires a strong technical leader with deep expertise in LLMs, Multi-Agent Systems, RAG pipelines, LangGraph, Python, and Cloud platforms.
The ideal candidate should have proven experience in leading engineering teams, designing production-grade AI systems, and delivering scalable GenAI applications.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
  • Define technical architecture and engineering roadmap for enterprise GenAI solutions.
  • Lead a team of AI/ML engineers, backend engineers, and platform engineers.
  • Own delivery execution and ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Mentor engineers on best practices in LLM engineering and production AI systems.
GenAI Architecture & Development
  • Design and build Multi-Agent AI systems using supervisor-router architectures.
  • Develop enterprise-grade RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) applications.
  • Build production workflows using:
    • Python
    • LangGraph
    • LangChain
    • SQL
  • Design dynamic agent orchestration including:
    • Agent routing
    • Tool calling
    • Memory management
    • Stopping conditions
Evaluation & Observability
  • Build evaluation pipelines using:
    • LangSmith
    • Langfuse
  • Implement:
    • Offline evaluation datasets
    • LLM-as-a-Judge frameworks
    • CI/CD integrated testing pipelines
Cloud & Deployment
Deploy AI systems on:
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Microsoft Azure
  • Google Cloud
Responsibilities include:
  • Production deployment
  • Performance optimization
  • Resource scaling
  • CI/CD automation
AI Tooling Expertise
Hands-on experience with:
  • Claude
  • Cursor
  • Windsurf
  • Codex
Required Qualifications
Must Have
  • 12+ years in Software Engineering / Platform Engineering
  • 2+ years in LLM / Generative AI production systems
  • Strong coding in:
    • Python
    • SQL
  • Strong experience in:
    • Multi-Agent Systems
    • RAG in production
    • LangGraph
    • LLM evaluation
    • Agent orchestration
