Role Overview

The Business Analyst works closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and support the implementation of enterprise systems and digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements (BRD / FRD / User Stories) Conduct stakeholder workshops and requirement gathering sessions Perform gap analysis and process mapping (As-Is / To-Be)
Work with development teams to clarify requirements and solution design
Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and backlog refinement
Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Required Skills

Strong experience in Business Analysis and requirements gathering Experience writing BRD, FRD, and user stories Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodology
Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
Experience working with enterprise systems

Preferred Skills

ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) CRM platforms (Salesforce) Supply chain or finance systems
Data analysis using Excel or BI tools
