- Knowledge of data lineage, source-to-target mapping, and data governance

Job Summary:In this contingent resource assignment, you will consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives within Risk Analytics and contribute to large-scale planning related to risk and regulatory reporting deliverables. This role supports Basel III Capital and Risk initiatives, with a primary focus on data management, data sourcing, data mapping, testing, reconciliation, and data quality analysis. The consultant will work across multiple teams to ensure critical risk and capital reporting data is accurately sourced, transformed, validated, and delivered.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:- Support Basel III Capital and Risk initiatives through data analysis and validation activities
- Perform data sourcing, mapping, lineage analysis, and reconciliation
- Conduct data quality assessments and identify data accuracy issues
- Utilize Python to automate data analysis, testing, and validation processes
- Write and execute SQL queries to analyze, reconcile, and validate data
- Leverage Advanced Excel for large dataset analysis, reporting, and data validation
- Support integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production validation activities
- Partner with business, technology, risk, and finance teams to resolve data issues
- Document business requirements, mappings, test results, and data controls
- Assist with regulatory reporting and capital reporting data initiatives
