Key Responsibilities
- SAP PP Functional Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP PP modules including:
- Master Data (Material Master, BOM, Work Centers, Routing)
- Demand Management
- MRP / MRP Live
- Capacity Planning
- Production Orders
- Repetitive Manufacturing & Make-to-Order scenarios
- Design and implement end-to-end manufacturing planning solutions aligned with semiconductor equipment manufacturing.
- Translate business requirements into SAP PP functional design documents (FS / WRICEF).
- Optimize MRP performance, lead times, and planning strategies.
- Support shop floor execution, production order confirmations, and variance analysis.
- Handle production planning issues, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Integration & Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Work closely with SAP MM, WM/EWM, SD, QM, PM, and FI/CO teams.
- Support interfaces with MES systems, PLM tools, and 3rd‐party planning applications.
- Participate in S/4HANA transformation projects, brownfield/greenfield rollouts.
Project & Support Activities - Participate in SAP implementations, rollouts, and upgrades.
- Provide L2/L3 production support, including incident resolution and change requests.
- Prepare and execute unit testing, integration testing, and UAT.
- Develop user training materials and conduct workshops.
- Ensure compliance with SOX, audit, and IT governance standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Mandatory Skills - Strong hands-on experience with SAP PP configuration and support
- Variant Configuration experience
- In-depth knowledge of MRP, Production Orders, Capacity Planning
- Experience in discrete manufacturing (semiconductor / high-tech preferred)
- Strong understanding of manufacturing business processes
- SAP ECC 6.0 and/or SAP S/4HANA PP
Preferred / Good-to-Have - Experience with SAP Demand Driven MRP (DDMRP)
- Exposure to Advanced Planning (PP/DS, APO) is a plus
- Knowledge of MES integrations in semiconductor fabs
- ABAP debugging knowledge (for functional troubleshooting)
- Experience with global manufacturing environments

Education - Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Supply Chain
- SAP PP Certification (Preferred)
