About the RoleOur Client is seeking a strategic, analytically driven insights leader to elevate how we measure, understand, and communicate the impact of retail media.
This role partners closely with Analytics, Product, Marketing, and Strategy to define performance standards, advance measurement capabilities, and translate results into compelling narratives that drive adoption and growth.
Measurement Strategy & Enablement- Define measurement requirements for new product capabilities; partner cross-functionally through development, launch, and adoption.
- Lead post-launch enablement so teams can interpret measurement outputs and turn them into actionable insights.
Competitive & Market Intelligence- Maintain a current view of retail media and advertising measurement trends, standards, and best practices.
- Assess competitive offerings and methodologies to identify differentiators, risks, and strategic opportunities.
Insights Development & Storytelling- Develop case studies that demonstrate media effectiveness and business outcomes in partnership with Product Marketing.
- Create reporting, dashboards, and analytical views that clarify business impact for internal teams and customer-facing narratives.
- Synthesize competitive research, performance data, and market signals to inform positioning, adoption strategy, and roadmap priorities.
What We're Looking For- 5+ years of experience in analytics, market research, or strategic insights (ideally in advertising, retail media, or another data-driven environment).
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing data.
- Experience building dashboards in Power BI and/or Tableau.
- Experience with a wide range of measurement methodologies, including attribution, incrementality, test vs. control, media mix modeling, and propensity-based approaches.
- Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, with a track record of influencing stakeholders and leadership through data-backed narratives.
- Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and proactively identifying intelligence gaps, measurement needs, and strategic opportunities.
