As an Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits Lead,you will lead the design and implementation of Oracle Cloud Benefits solutions, helping clients transform benefits administration, enrollment, and compliance processes. You will partner with HR and benefits stakeholders to define strategy, optimize processes, and deliver scalable solutions aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
This role requires deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Benefits, strong knowledge of U.S. (and preferred global) benefits programs, and the ability to lead end-to-end implementations
. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud Benefits implementations, including discovery, design, configuration, testing, and deployment
- Serve as the functional lead for Benefits, providing subject matter expertise across plan design, eligibility, enrollment, and life event processing
- Assess current-state benefits administration processes and identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and compliance enhancement
- Define and document future-state benefits processes aligned with Oracle Cloud capabilities and leading practices
- Translate business requirements into functional designs, configurations, and solution decisions
- Facilitate client workshops to gather requirements, validate solutions, and drive stakeholder alignment
- Configure Oracle Cloud Benefits functionality, including:
- Benefit plan types (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, voluntary benefits)
- Eligibility profiles and derived factors
- Enrollment windows and life event processing
- Rate and coverage calculations
- Design and support key benefits processes, including:
- Open enrollment and ongoing enrollment events
- Life event management (hire, termination, marriage, etc.)
- Benefits eligibility and participation tracking
- Ensure integration and alignment with broader HCM processes, including Core HR, Payroll, and Absence Management
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations with third-party vendors (e.g., carriers, benefits administrators)
- Support data migration activities, including benefits configuration, enrollment data, and historical records
- Lead and support testing cycles (SIT, UAT), including validation of complex benefits scenarios and issue resolution
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations (e.g., ACA, COBRA, HIPAA) and organizational policies
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies across the Benefits workstream
- Mentor junior consultants and provide guidance on best practices and delivery approaches
- Support business development efforts, including solutioning, demos, and proposal contributions
- Contribute to the development of Peloton methodologies, accelerators, and HCM best practices
Required Experience & Skills:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
- 8-10+ years of experience in HCM systems, with a focus on benefits administration
- Minimum of 2 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM (Fusion) implementations, including Benefits
- Hands-on experience configuring Oracle Cloud Benefits
- Strong understanding of benefits programs and processes, including:
- Health and welfare plans
- Retirement plans (e.g., 401(k))
- Life and disability insurance
- Deep knowledge of benefits administration concepts such as eligibility rules, coverage tiers, rates, and life events
- Strong understanding of U.S. benefits regulations (ACA, COBRA, HIPAA); global experience is a plus
- Experience with integrations to third-party benefits providers and carriers
- Strong cross-functional knowledge of HCM processes, including Core HR, Payroll, and Absence Management
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud solutions
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in client-facing consulting roles, including remote delivery
- Ability to work independently and lead workstreams within distributed teams

Preferred Qualifications: - Oracle Cloud HCM certifications (Benefits or Core HR preferred)
- Experience with global benefits programs and multi-country implementations
- Familiarity with benefits carrier integrations (EDI, APIs) and file-based data exchange
- Experience with Oracle HCM extracts, Fast Formulas, and reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher)
- Knowledge of payroll impacts and downstream processes related to benefits deductions
- Experience with Open Enrollment strategy, planning, and execution at scale
- Exposure to broader HCM modules (Talent, Compensation, Workforce Management)
Compensation: Peloton provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, business needs, and geographic location. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $130,000-$205,000 (Base Compensation). Peloton also offers bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package including:
