Job Summary:

We are seeking a Customer Support Analyst to support end-users during an email migration project. This role focuses on Outlook configuration, troubleshooting, and ensuring a smooth user transition.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide post-migration end-user support
  • Configure and troubleshoot Outlook on desktop and mobile devices
  • Assist with email setup, access, and synchronization issues
  • Support basic DNS-related tasks (e.g., MX, Autodiscover)
  • Escalate complex issues to engineering teams
  • Document issues, resolutions, and support activities

Must-Have Skills:

  • 1–3 years of IT Support / Helpdesk experience
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Outlook & email systems
  • Basic understanding of DNS / networking concepts
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
