Must-Have Experience

5+ years in Oracle Cloud HCM Security
Strong experience in HCM Security troubleshooting (user access issues)
Hands-on with Security Profiles, Data Roles, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
Experience creating and managing Implementation Users / Service IDs
Expertise in Segregation of Duties (SOD) controls and access governance
Experience with HR Risk Management & Advanced Controls (AACG)
Hands-on in security monitoring (user activity, configuration, transaction monitoring)
Experience handling internal/external audits and compliance documentation
Experience with IDCS (Identity Cloud Service) security administration

Core Responsibilities

Design and manage Oracle HCM security architecture (roles, profiles, access controls)
Create and maintain custom roles, data roles, and security configurations
Implement and monitor SOD controls and security governance frameworks
Troubleshoot and resolve user access and security issues
Support audit readiness, compliance, and documentation
Manage automated user provisioning and security processes
Work on HCM quarterly releases (impact analysis & security updates)

Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree in: Computer Science, Information Technology, Or related field

Nice-to-Have

Experience with HDL/SHDL for user provisioning
Knowledge of FAW (Fusion Analytics Warehouse) Security
Exposure to OTBI / BI Publisher security roles
Experience in HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, etc.)
Familiarity with Agile / DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub, CI/CD)
