Senior Salesforce QA

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Davie, FL that is seeking a Senior Salesforce QA for a contract role with a strong focus on automation testing.

Essential Functions:
* Documentation and Reporting: Regular reporting on QA activities, test execution status, defect tracking, and automation progress is a core responsibility; The candidate should be skilled at documenting detailed process flows and workflow diagrams for testing and troubleshooting
* Release and Quality Ownership: Provides QA signoff for production releases and supports automated regression testing across QA, UAT, and production environments; They are also expected to analyze data and workflows to identify quality improvements

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5 to 10+ years in STLC/SDLC processes, with strong domain expertise in Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud; Hands-on experience testing APIs and troubleshooting system integration workflows is essential
* Testing Expertise: The role covers the full spectrum of testing types, including integration, system, smoke, regression, interface, and automated testing; Must be comfortable performing root cause analysis and executing both manual and automated test cases to identify and help resolve defects
* Automation and CI/CD: Solid knowledge of automated testing practices is required, specifically maintaining and enhancing existing automation assets; Experience with Copado CRT or a comparable Salesforce test automation tool is expected, along with CI/CD familiarity and the ability to support automated testing within release pipelines
* Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure are all critical for success in this role

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
