We are hiring Senior Full Stack Developers!

Role: Senior ServiceNow Application Developer (Full Stack)

Supporting: Large Financial Services Client

Location: Onsite in McLean, VA or Plano, TX (Mon-Fri)

Assignment Type: Contract Only

Contract Duration: ~7 months (through Aug 31, 2026)

Pay Range: $72.54 - $82.26. Specific compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.

Position Description:

We're looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer (Full Stack | GRC/IRM) to join a high impact team delivering complex, enterprise scale ServiceNow solutions. This is a hands on, senior level role where you'll design and implement modules, build custom workflows, extend platform capabilities, and develop integrations that drive real business value. You'll contribute directly to architecture, scripting, UI/UX configuration, workflow automation, and Agile delivery. Onsite work is required in McLean, VA or Plano, TX.

Ideal candidates are true builders with 4+ years of hands on ServiceNow development, strong JavaScript + GlideRecord skills, and proven experience delivering real solutions-not just earning certifications. Bonus points for GRC/IRM, Integration Hub, and REST API experience, plus architect level thinking paired with hands on implementation. Qualifications:

4+ years of hands on ServiceNow development including design + implementation

Strong development background: JavaScript, AJAX, XML, JSON, HTML, CSS

Proficiency with GlideRecord queries and scripting

Onsite availability in McLean, VA or Plano, TX

Experience delivering real ServiceNow solutions (not just certifications)

ServiceNow certifications (Application Developer, GRC/IRM, CIS)

Experience with Integration Hub and REST API integrations

Familiarity with GRC/IRM modules and enterprise workflows

4+ years in Agile development environments

Strong communication, accountability, and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
