Location: Onsite Hybrid 2-3 days per week, 11 days a month.
Duration: 6 months contract with potential extensions and possible CTH FTE.
Provides advanced level 2 telephone and on-site end-user support for hardware installations and software applications.
• Atleast 5 years of technical support environment highly preferred.
- Installing, troubleshooting and maintaining computer hardware and software, Imaging, Warranty Replacements. Configure update/ Upgrade Laptops, Desktops/PCs, provide Application Support, password resets, User Account Creation.
- Windows Operating System 7/10.
- Microsoft Office 2010 and 2013, MS Office O365
- Computer maintenance and virus removal.
- Computer backup and restoration.
- Active Directory, Exchange Online, VPN Support.
Administration, support, and configuration of MS Office O365.
Need experience with Microsoft (MS) O365, One Drive and need strong customer service desktop support skills.
Onboarding and configuring users for apps for enterprise, including Outlook, Intune, Teams and OneDrive.
Troubleshoot various Office 365 issues including connectivity
Provide support and technical issue resolution in support of other teams.
Work with team to escalate support with resolving issues
