* Partner Management: Proven track record of managing third-party vendor or bank partner relationships, including SLA monitoring and performance accountability
* Airtable and Claude Cowork: Demonstrable examples of using Airtable (tables, tasks, automations, Slack and Cowork integrations) to transform manual workflows into automated processes
* Operational Excellence: Demonstrated ability to identify process gaps, design efficiency improvements, and execute operational changes that reduce friction for customers and internal teams
* Cross-Functional Leadership: Exceptional ability to influence without authority, driving alignment across Engineering, Product, Legal, Risk, and Customer Care teams
* Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficiency in analyzing operational data to identify trends (such as support transfer rates or account lock times) and using that data to drive strategic improvements
* Incident & Risk Management: Experience managing operational incidents and effectively communicating status, impact, and resolution paths to executive stakeholders
* Tool Proficiency: Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), and basic data visualization tools
* Communication: Elite verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical or regulatory concepts into clear, actionable business updates
