This role is best suited for someone who likes to engineer and operate solutions rather than serve as a pure enterprise architect.
seeking an experienced Contact Center Platform & DevOps Engineer to design, build, automate, deploy, and support enterprise customer engagement solutions powered by Amazon Connect and AWS.
This is a hands-on technical role responsible for developing and supporting Amazon Connect solutions, building cloud integrations, automating deployments, and improving platform reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across development, infrastructure, and cloud technologies while helping drive DevOps best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, configure, and support Amazon Connect solutions in an enterprise environment.
Develop integrations between Amazon Connect and AWS services such as Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, and APIs.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation processes.
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using CloudFormation, CDK, Terraform, or similar tools.
Support software promotion across Sandbox, Development, Test, and Production environments.
Automate deployment, configuration, and operational processes to reduce manual effort and risk.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Amazon Connect, AWS services, integrations, networking, and applications.
Collaborate with developers, infrastructure teams, security teams, architects, and business stakeholders.
Contribute to standards for source control, code reviews, release management, and operational excellence.
Support platform monitoring, security, stability, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
5 years of hands-on experience with Amazon Connect in an enterprise environment.
